After the success of the bread poha recipe, I've got another breakfast hack for you all. Potato masala sandwich is a delicious breakfast you can enjoy with family and friends on those lazy Sunday mornings.
A very easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- 2 medium size potatoes
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 green chili
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Butter
Instructions
Masala/ Stuffing
- Boil the potatoes and then let them cool down.
- Mash the potatoes and then mix finely chopped onions and green chili.
- Also add red chili powder and salt and mix all this properly with hand.
Roasting of bread
- Take 2 slices of bread and put the mix in between the slices.
- Now heat the pan and grease it with butter. Meanwhile, put butter on the outer side of the slices.
- Roast the bread from both the sides till it becomes light brown.
- Sandwiches are ready!
