After the success of the bread poha recipe, I've got another breakfast hack for you all. Potato masala sandwich is a delicious breakfast you can enjoy with family and friends on those lazy Sunday mornings.

Potato Masala Sandwich

A very easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 bread slices
  • 2 medium size potatoes
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 green chili
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Butter

Instructions

Masala/ Stuffing

  1. Boil the potatoes and then let them cool down.
  2. Mash the potatoes and then mix finely chopped onions and green chili.
  3. Also add red chili powder and salt and mix all this properly with hand.

Roasting of bread

  1. Take 2 slices of bread and put the mix in between the slices.
  2. Now heat the pan and grease it with butter. Meanwhile, put butter on the outer side of the slices.
  3. Roast the bread from both the sides till it becomes light brown.
  4. Sandwiches are ready!

Recipe Notes

Mix the potatoes with the spices and onion thoroughly with hand
