What are your burger quirks?

First of all our bun is reversed, the top is our bottom and the bottom is now our top. This helps to keep your bottom bun from disintegrating. My choice of toppings today are ketchup, mustard and pickles. I always put some toppings on both buns because it does a better flavor flow with each bite. So my top bun has mustard, a little ketchup and pickle. While my bottom bun has ketchup and a little mustard. Do you use your bun upside down? What are your burger quirks?

  • I like lettuce, tomato and pickles. I generally don't mustard my burgers. Ketchup is a must, but the most important topping is big fat mayonnaise

    • I can’t eat much breading so no top bun and maybe a onion ring or two.
