What do the World's strongest men eat every day?

8w ago

Brian Shaw is a 4x winning World's strongest man. He got this record by deadlifting 460 kg, deadlifting a 520 kg tyre and for lifting a 200 kg log. Eddie Hall (on the left) is also one of the world's strongest men. He can deadlift a total of 500 kg. All these are very impressive but are nowhere near as impressive as their daily diet. Brian and Eddie aims to eat over 12,000 calories a day just to be the strongest man he can possibly be.

Their diets consist of a lot of eggs, meat and carbohydrates. Since they are training for 2-3 hours each day, they need enough energy to maintain their performance as well as keep muscle. They both eat around 6 big meals every day and that includes kilos of meat, many bowls of rice and cakes. So, I think it's pretty safe to say that they are both single handedly keeping the beef industry alive.

Could you take on this insane daily diet?
