That would scare the hell out of the kids searching for snacks. I literally had never heard of that before.
Blimey Ben haha that is certainly one way to use it!
Grate it and combine it with chopped onions and other good stuff that comes to mind, courgettes, spinach, you name it. Cook it in the pan or in the oven, gratinate with cheese, delicious!
Puree it, or combine with spuds for a different mash.
I like the salad combination of celeriac with apple.
