What Do You Do With Lemon Curd?
I made this lemon curd ages ago and it was just sitting in my fridge going nowhere and so I made these tarts but I really need your help!
I've got to confess that lemon curd is not my favourite thing so I think it doesn't often inspire me to cook with it.
However to avoid waste I made some shortcrust pastry tarts and duly filled them up and I have to admit they are nice as the lemon was really sharp, but it's a bit of a boring solution.
I still need more inspiration for the other half of the jar.
What do you do with it can you help me please!
