What does your favourite snack say about you?

May not be 100% accurate for you in particular, but it's supported by a large scientific study sample. And it makes quite a lot of sense!

Our eating habits have long been known to be a pretty accurate indication about the way we think, but a deeper study among ~20 000 people from all over the globe has been recently released and the results are curious to say the least. The objective of that study was to tie people's snacking habits with their personality traits and behaviour, so there was a lot of psychology involved to back every claim. And the results, already peer-reviewed, are quite fascinating. So what can food tell us about . . us?

Crackers

The study claims that cracker snackers are mostly sensitive, a bit shy and self-absorbed in their own thoughts. They like to work on multiple projects simultaneously, but they'll always make some free time for themselves, to work on improving their own creativity. Also curiously - cracker lovers are easy-going online and will embrace meeting people on the web, as their safe space.

The are perfectionists by nature and they are aiming high with their life-goals, but they do find the key in the balance between ambitions and actions. Party cracker mixes

This is a highly specific part of the study. People who love diverse crackers in a bowl are extroverts, altruistic, very social and spontaneous in everyday communication. Most of them are also funny and somewhat creative, which helps in their jobs. They were also found to be what's called street-smart, which they claimed as one of their best personal traits.

Please, don't ever judge people, no matter what any study says!
