I went to do the big shop yesterday... there was plenty of fresh stuff, but no eggs, flour, canned food or WINE, which was obviously the most stressful bit!
The store I work at. Limits essential items (eggs, flour, milk, TP, etc..) to 2 per household. That way there is opportunity for everyone to buy and no one is hoarding.
Based on our stock, I’d say the hardest to keep on shelf is flour. As many customers have turned to baking as something to do.

So true! There's a real shortage of yeast in my local supermarket too!
Dairy products have been sparse at our local grocery.
