I think we all agree that spring brings drowsiness and a little tiredness.
I'll make this quick: spring has not come yet, but I am tired. Very tired.
So I ask you for help: please write in the comments what you eat to "cheer yourself up" and regain energy.
Write down all the foods that come to your mind: I don't like some things like offal and fruit, but maybe someone else in my situation can find it helpfull.
And thanks in advance. Meanwhile, I go back to basking in my misery.

Dark chocolate! It's even proven to be nutritious ☺️ Some pieces of that and a cup of coffee and I'm happy.

If I find myself at the point where I really need food, I'll have an emergency bowl of cereal. Normally I drink for energy, not eat.
