What is your energy-food?
What do you eat when you're tired?
I think we all agree that spring brings drowsiness and a little tiredness.
I'll make this quick: spring has not come yet, but I am tired. Very tired.
So I ask you for help: please write in the comments what you eat to "cheer yourself up" and regain energy.
Write down all the foods that come to your mind: I don't like some things like offal and fruit, but maybe someone else in my situation can find it helpfull.
