After many hours of work my flattop is ready to cook, there is still some things I want to do to it to make it a little better but the cook surface is ready to go. I got the cook top to a almost mirror finish and after three good seasonings with oil I need welding goggles to look at it.

Burgers aside, there is one more item, which I have seen being cooked on flattops in my country and that's sausages. So maybe you'd like to try a nice bratwurst.
