Words cannot express how much I miss going for a nice curry on the weekend. The entire process is just bliss: arrive, beer, poppadoms, beer, starter to share, beer, curry, rice, naan, too many sides, beer, Irish coffee, leave, call in sick for work the next day.
What do you order with your curry at an Indian restaurant? I'll go first.

In India, curries ARE the side dish😂
My go-to is Butter Naan and Paneer Butter Masala. Perfffect.
The chances of Kiran making a comment on FoodTribe without mentioning paneer?

My second choice is CHICKPEAS.
The first time I went to an Indian restaurant, a cucumber sauce. I was 7 years old. They got the recipe mixed up. I was on fire.
Nowadays, pappadums.
The little poppadom sides are the best. Though I’m not a fan of lime pickle. Onions with mint raita 🤤
7 y/o John? Cute.
Mushroom bhaji. Always a winner
Oooo. A controversial side. I loathe mushrooms but can appreciate it somehow is a good’un.
I always sop up my curry with naan
Mmm absolutely. A nice fresh and crispy naan. Can’t stand how much this is watering my mouth 😋
Garlic & Chilli Naan - off-piste request.
Aubergine bhaji - underrated
Saag Paneer - AMAZING!
Bombay aloo - because the naan bread and rice just isn't enough carbs
