Sometimes eating is more about satisfying hunger than replenishing nutrients. Other times, I just don't have the motivation to make myself a "well balanced" meal. It's occasions like these when I find myself eating things like pimped beans, or a whole watermelon for dinner... or most recently: chocolate peanut butter cereal, decaf coffee, bacon, and a handful of baby carrots for good measure. #SelfCare #NoShame

Cereal.
Several years ago .... I ate zucchini with tomatoes everyday until nauseum. I couldn't even smell zucchini for a year after that well balanced zucchini diet. Something similar happened with tofu and mushrooms.
I lived on mangos, watermelons and pineapples on Ecuadorian seaside for two days. It was not my laziness, they were sooooo goooood. But I have to say, they are not substantial enough 🤣.
