What's the most pretentious name you can come up with for 'normal' food?

- It's very much supernoodles and beans!

Baked haricot beans with a tomato reduction, accompanied by rehydrated wheat strands in a beef jus. Inspired by the nonsense of the Great British Menu, we are now giving pretentious names to everything we eat. I want to hear your ideas for dishes too!

  • Soup à la tomate with ancient pot-set Greek yoghurt, garnished with bruised wild parsley.

    Or tomato soup with what I think was parsley from the garden.
