When it’s your partners birthday and you’re a chef you have to deliver! Even if you’re in a tiny kitchen, there are no excuses, so you better not fail …right?

So this is a first for me, but my misses wanted a Cajun style boil up, so after some research on different spice mixes I played around and came up with something that worked well….
I think I did alright…
So, you may not know but I’m allergic to seafood, so what was I to do. I needed something worthy of the celebration, so why not treat myself too right……only fair I feel..lol
No sous vide…..no problems
Btw, this is not a small pan…
So, okay I spoilt myself a bit so I thought I better make up for that…so I made my lovely misses a tropical torte… I think I have wracked up some brownie points, maybe enough to get away from my epic steak…won’t be doing this again for a while though as my bank account was injured during the making of this dinner 😂
