We were watching The Burger Show on YouTube when I saw Alvin make a burger called the flapper. I will put a link down below. FoodTribe, I had to give this a day in court. It is a giant smash burger with cheese that gets folded forming layers of meat with pockets of cheese and then topped with cheese.
I topped it with the basics mustard, mayo and ketchup. This burger was absolutely wonderful. It was so juicy and tender. Truly a perfect mix of a smash burger and a Juicy Lucy.
