I always ends up doing ham on Xmas day. Sometimes turkey with it for larger gatherings.

Sprouts! We don't tend to have Turkey too often so it's a nice treat 😍
I've tried sprouts in so many ways... the only way I've enjoyed them is stir-fried with cream, bacon, chestnuts and nutmeg.
