If you ever seen on you tube, has James May in Oz and James big wine adventure the one in California is the best. Would love for them to do another. Oz Clark is a total wine guru.
I must confess that I don't know much about US wines. I tried some wines from CA and the finger lakes NY region. I had better luck with CA wines but they can be pricey.

I loved that program! Believe it or not, that show helped me learn the lingo and details of wine I needed to get my first wine sales job!

I love the whites coming out of the Finger Lakes district!
I went for the 🍎🍐 ciders when I was living in that region. There are quite good ones from the finger lakes region, tart and refreshing, sparkling ☺️.
There is a wine-producing state other than California?! 🤣. Send it to Europe!

I’ve never liked wines from the PNW. We actually have 3 wine regions in Arizona that are decent. But personally my faves are from Paso Robles in Cali.
