Woman wins 60 years worth of free Domino's after naming her son Dominic
She earned it, she was in labour for 72 hours
A few weeks ago, just in time for Christmas, the Australian branch of Domino's pizza chain launched a crazy competition with a sizable cash prize. All you had to do to enter the competition was name your newborn baby Dominic or Dominique.
Clementine Oldfield and Anthony Lot from Sydney were the lucky winners and they sure earned it because their son Dominic was delivered after 72 hours of labour at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.
The couple apparently entered the competition and then forgot all about it so when they got the call and heard the news, they were probably even happier than we can imagine. They won $10,800 AUD (around £6,000), which is enough for a $14 pizza every month for the next 60 years.
"It was a very surreal experience, especially for Clem who hadn't really slept for the duration of the entire labour," said Anthony. "She did such a great job and both myself and our families are incredibly proud of her".

At least Dominic is a ‘normal’ Name. Not like Pepsi-Carola. www.welt.de/vermischtes/kurioses/article136025518/Ich-fuehle-mich-sehr-wohl-als-Pepsi-Carola.html
Or the publicity name that Musk gave his newborn
sweet mother of jeeeeeeeesooooozsz. How can you do that to your kid? But I agree. Dominic/Dominique are normal names, in fact I quite like both, whereas Pepsi-Carola, well...
🤣 oh no
let me introduce you to my son Nobu Renesis lol
🙄
🤣😂
That’s insane
I feel sorry for them.
They would be probably encouraged to buy pizza with it well sort of obligated in some way by big corporate lawyers Domino’s has. I don’t buy pizza from there I use a local kebab shop for pizza takeaway which is far superior to Domino’s. Personal preference. Just an odd time I have a notion for pizza.
