World Burger Tour 2020: British roast dinner burger

Us Brits love a roast dinner, with all the trimmings of course. And as it's starting to get cold here again, everyone will once again be tucking into their roasts.

I'm imagining this as: beef patty, Yorkshire puddings as the buns (oh my), roast potatoes sliced nice and thin/maybe turned into a rösti to top the patty, roast carrots, roast parsnips, cauliflower cheese/or cauli mac & cheese to be extra crazy, horseradish sauce/mayo or mustard mayo, finished off with a gravy dip...

Oh my god I'm salivating at the thought already!
