World Burger Tour 2020: I need your suggestions for my next epic creation

Well FoodTribe, the cat is out of the bag now. After posting my Mexican burger, some of you started to figure out my secret. I want all my brothers and sisters on FoodTribe to help me make this a reality.
On a separate post, let me know the food or ingredients your country is best known for, and I will turn it into a burger. You know I'm not afraid of a challenge.

I would suggest a Needlessly Aussie buger - Vegemite-slathered roo pattie, with gherkins and egg, but you probably wouldn't be able to get roo or Vegemite over there.
I can get vegemite but what is roo?
