When I started this idea for a series I was concerned it would not take off and it would be a total bust. That is why I did not mention it in the first two posts. But you all figured it out right away and World Burger tour 2020 was born. Little did I know it would blow up the way it did. The love and support was overwhelming.
I am bringing WBT 2020 to a end. We have visited a dozen different countries and I have got to eat some phenomenal burgers. Most of all I got a taste of your food, culture and in some cases memories of childhood. That means a lot to me Foodtribe. I am ending it now because life is about to get very busy with all the holidays and work. I also want to end it before you all got bored with it.
There will be a WBT 2021 though. I want to make WBT 2021 even better. I have so many ideas for for the next tour. If I can come up with a graphic design I like I am thinking about having a t-shirt made. I think it would be a great conversation starter and promote our beloved Foodtribe as well.
So start getting your ideas ready because WBT 2021 will be here before you know it. I want to thank you all for making my silly idea for a series into a Foodtribe hit. With out you all non of this is possible. I am looking forward to WBT 2021 I hope you all are as well. Let me know in the comments if you will be looking forward to the next tour. I just came up with a burger for your 2021 World Burger Tour!
The Brazillian Churrasco Burger.
Buns - Pao de queijo for burger buns
Meat - blend of linguici (Portuguese sausage) and ground beef
Cheese - Queijo prato (or suitable Gouda substitute)
Burger Sauce - Molho de Alho (Brazilian garlic sauce)
Pão de queijo buns!!! And with a picanha would be so good 😋! WBT 2021 must go to Brasil 😁
