Yesterday we got together with our friends to celebrate Thanksgiving friends edition. This cake is something my daughter first made for a dinner we had with our friends so she wanted to make it for Thanksgiving with them as well. It's a pineapple upside down layer cake with vanilla cream cheese whipped cream frosting and a vanilla custard with crushed pineapple filling.
