Welcome to my very first post on FoodTribe. Here is what you should cook on the crock pot when you're feeling hungry! Here is the easiest formula to a food recipe!

1. Green Beans

My example: the organic string kind from Ralphs

# of calories: approximately 50

2. Small Potatoes

My example: the Private Selection Petite Medley kind

# of calories: approximately 80

3. Sliced Tomatoes

My example: medium-size, organic

# of calories: approximately 25

4. Baby Carrots (half a pack)

My example: the Fresh Selections cut & peeled kind

# of calories: less than 20

5. Butter and/or Vegetable Oil

My example: Blue Bonnet (butter) and Crisco Pure Vegetable (vegetable oil)

# of calories: approximately 170 (one tablespoon of both butter and vegetable oil)

Psst! Don't forget to add a little bit of salt and pepper for the minced taste!

My total approximation: 345 calories (max)
