You can win a four-day stay… inside a giant potato

How about a four-day stay - all expenses paid - at the Big Idaho Potato Hotel? As the name suggests, and as you can see from the pictures, it is potato-shaped hotel. It looks a bit weird on the outside but the interior is nicely designed.

McAlister’s Deli is launching ‘The Great Spud Getaway’ to celebrate National Potato Month (September). You’ll have the opportunity to stay inside a 6-ton potato with cool interior design, they’ll enjoy potato-themed and local Boise activities suggested by the spud experts at the Idaho Potato Commission. Winners will also get the opportunity to hitch a ride in the Big Idaho Potato Truck, a 72-foot semitrailer with a 4-ton larger-than-life potato on board.

Applicants have to be legal U.S. residents and at least 18 years of age and can apply through September 14 at 11:50pm ET. All you have to do is post or tweet a photo of your spud creation using #spudbudsweeps and tagging @McAlistersDeli on Facebook (@McAlistersDeli), Twitter (@McAlistersDeli), or Instagram (@mcalistersdeli).

The winner will be randomly selected and notified by email, direct message, or comment using the contact information given at the time of entry. The trip will take place from October 14 through October 17.
