Yuzu Kosho 柚子胡椒？？？

Yuzu Kosho is Japanese condiment. Yuzu is citrus (like lemon). It has very special flavor. Kosho, generally means pepper but it can mean chili pepper. So, yuzu kosho is paste of yuzu skin and chilie pepper with salt. They are ground together and fermented. It is condiment (like wasabi) and goes well with fish, meat, tofu and vegetables.
